These Terms & Conditions apply to restaurants, brands, and business partners using vreserv.lk ("VRESERV", "we", "us", or "our") to manage reservations and connect with customers. By using the platform, you agree to the following terms.
1. Platform Use
VRESERV provides tools to manage reservations, improve customer engagement, and increase visibility. You agree to use the platform responsibly and comply with applicable laws.
2. Business Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date business details. You are responsible for maintaining your restaurant profile, including table availability, opening hours, and contact information.
3. Reservation Management
You are responsible for managing and honoring confirmed reservations. Failure to do so may affect your platform visibility or access. Customers are encouraged to follow restaurant guidelines; disputes should be handled directly between you and the customer.
4. Customer Data
Customer information shared with you must only be used for reservation-related communication. Misuse, resale, or unauthorized sharing of customer data is strictly prohibited.
5. Subscription & Payments
Paid plans must be settled on time. Failure to pay subscription fees may result in suspension or termination of your account.
6. Platform Responsibility
VRESERV is not responsible for customer service, food quality, hygiene, pricing, or overall dining experience. All operational and service-related responsibilities remain with the restaurant.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to: provide false or misleading information about your business; manipulate availability or exploit the system; misuse customer data; or engage in any activity that harms the platform or other users.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VRESERV is not liable for: loss of revenue or business due to reservation issues; customer disputes or complaints; or operational or technical issues.
9. Account Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or misuse the platform.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
