How do I cancel or modify a reservation?

Go to your Profile → Reservations, select the booking, and choose Edit or Cancel. Changes must be made at least 2 hours before your reservation time.

Will I receive a confirmation after booking?

Yes. A confirmation email is sent immediately after a successful reservation. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.

Can I book for a large group?

Most restaurants allow group bookings directly through the platform. For parties over 10, we recommend contacting the restaurant directly via the Inquiries feature on their page.

What happens if the restaurant cancels my reservation?

You will be notified via email and SMS as soon as possible. Your booking history will reflect the cancellation and no charges will be applied.

Is my payment information stored securely?

We do not store card details. All payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment providers.
